Group Programs for Political and Civic Leaders

Some of the most powerful leadership development happens in community — with peers who understand the specific pressures of the work, going through the same hard things at the same time. Our group programs create that container.

We offer two formats:

Format 1: Organizational Team Coaching

What It Is

A 6-month coaching engagement for a leadership team within a single organization — a state party leadership team, a nonprofit senior team, a campaign's core staff, or a founding team building a new civic venture. We work with the team as a unit: building shared language, improving how decisions get made, strengthening trust, and aligning around what actually matters.

Who It's For

  • State party executive leadership teams

  • Nonprofit and civic organization senior teams

  • Campaign leadership teams mid-cycle or between cycles

  • Founding teams of new political and civic ventures

  • Boards navigating transition or growth

What's Included

  • Initial organizational assessment and team survey

  • Bi-weekly team coaching sessions (90 minutes)

  • Individual check-ins with the executive director or lead as needed

  • Between-session support via email and short calls

  • Customized session design based on the team's specific challenges and goals

  • Closing assessment and forward planning session

Format Details

  • 6 months | Custom session cadence based on organizational need

  • Team size: Up to 12 participants

  • Sessions held via Zoom or in person (travel may apply)

  • Pricing: Scoped individually — contact to discuss

Getting Started

Team coaching engagements begin with a 30-minute exploratory call to understand your team's situation and determine if this is the right fit.

Format 2: Peer Leadership Cohort

What It Is

A 6-month cohort for political and civic leaders from different organizations who are navigating similar transitions and challenges. You'll work alongside a small group of peers — state party leaders, campaign managers, nonprofit executives, and civic founders — in a confidential, structured environment designed for honest reflection and real progress.

Who It's For

  • State party leaders and senior staff

  • Campaign managers and senior campaign staff

  • Nonprofit and civic organization executives and directors

  • Founders launching new political and civic ventures

  • Leaders who want peer community as much as coaching structure

What's Included

  • Bi-weekly group sessions (90 minutes) with facilitated coaching and peer exchange

  • Two individual coaching sessions per participant over the 6 months

  • A structured curriculum covering leadership identity, decision-making, team dynamics, sustainability, and transitions

  • A private community channel for ongoing peer connection between sessions

  • Resource library and session materials

Format Details

  • 6 months | 12 group sessions + 2 individual sessions

  • Cohort size: 8–12 participants

  • Sessions held via Zoom

  • Pricing: Contact for current cohort rates — sliding scale available

Status

The peer leadership cohort program is currently in development for a 2027 pilot launch. If you're interested in being part of the first cohort or want to be notified when applications open, send a quick message on the Work With Me page.

Lauren was instrumental in my development as a leader. Together, we worked on building a strong team and organizational culture that helped push our program to the next level! Whether we were navigating high-pressure partnership moments, working through team challenges, or making difficult decisions, Lauren had a way of grounding the work in purpose while making space for real growth - not just jumping from fire to fire.
