Coaching will look different for each individual or group, but at it’s core it is time designed for the client to get out of the noise and into clarity. It’s a process for improving decision quality, designing systems that actually work, and leading with more intention and ease. It’s about taking action and moving goals from mental to physical reality.
Coaching is currently offered directly with Lauren Gepford, founder of The Generative Commons. Lauren partners most often with nonprofit executives, data and technology leads, department directors, mission-driven business owners, and leaders in transition.

Sessions are 55 minutes, held twice per month, with unlimited text or email check-ins between sessions.
The process is structured but flexible: early sessions build grounding and orientation; later sessions expand into clarity, planning, and execution.
Coaching is not advice or therapy — it’s a structured conversation that strengthens your capacity to think, decide, and lead more effectively.
Tools and frameworks are drawn from neuroscience, leadership development, and systems design — always tailored to your goals.
The standard coaching engagement begins with a six-month commitment, renewable as needed.
This timeframe provides space for reflection, implementation, and measurable growth.
Individual Coaching Rates
Community Access: Individuals earning under $60k annually or self-funding nonprofit staff. $200/month (2 sessions) or $1,200 per 6-month term.
Professional: Mid-career leaders, consultants, or small-business owners earning $60–120k. $300/month (2 sessions) or $1,800 per 6-month term.
Executive / Sponsored: Senior leaders, executives, or employer-sponsored coaching. $350/month (2 sessions) or $2,100 per 6-month term.
Organizational Contracts: Multi-client or retainer-based coaching through an organization. Custom proposal.
Rates are guaranteed for new clients through January 31, 2026.
All sessions are confidential and delivered virtually unless otherwise arranged.

It’s not a lecture or training — it’s a coaching process that helps peers think together, expand perspective, and apply insights in real time.

Group Coaching Rates
Open Enrollment / Individual Seat - $900 per 6-session series.
Organizational Cohort (6-12 participants) - ~$400-$750 per person or $4,800-$9,000 total.
Custom Leadership Program - starting at $7,500. Includes design, reporting, and optional 1:1 sessions.
